A Post From the Board Office

Hello,

Today will be a short post, as I am attending a leadership meeting at the Board Office.

We had a great discussion this morning about fairness, and how to deal with various issues that occur within a family in a fair manner (bed time, chores, etc.)

Then we formed groups of four to five people to discuss the fairness biographies we read on Friday. The groups were asked to discuss and write down their choice for their favourite biography and any personal connections they could make to that person's fight for fairness. We will continue this task tomorrow.

Also, in Math, we continued to discuss gaps and the relationship between input and output. The students were asked to complete the three pages for finding rules for T-tables. Time was given in class to work on this task, so most students only have one page for homework. Don't worry if you find the last three questions on p. 31 difficult, we will discuss and solve them together in the morning.

Please make sure to bring in your permission forms for Friday's Church retreat and your pizza order forms. Tomorrow is the last day for placing your orders!
