Our First Test is Done!

Hello,

This morning the students completed their patterning math test. At first glance, the students look to have done quite well.

I will be correcting the tests tonight and going through their work with the students tomorrow morning.

The one thing that I will continue to remind all students to do is show all of their work. If they show their steps, they can still get credit if they make a calculation error.

After we completed the test, we read from "Out of my Mind". Tomorrow morning we will be discussing the character traits of the major characters of the story.

We will also have the netbooks, so the students will have a final opportunity to work on their Summer recounts and comic strips.

Finally, don't forget to bring your permission slips for the church retreat on Friday.
