A Great Trip to the Library!

Good afternoon,

We had a great trip to the Ottawa Public Library - Hazeldean branch. We definitely got our exercise as we walked to the library and back to the school.

We also exercised our minds, as we learned about the many resources available at the library.

Every student who brought their library card, or who was given a new one, had an opportunity to take out one or two books. Remember that they have to be returned in three weeks.

Thanks so much to our volunteers that helped us out with the walk. It was a blessing that we were all able to go to the library. It was closed on the weekend, due to a leak in the roof from the heavy rain.

Thankfully, the library was open for business today and we could go on our tour.
